Brightview Senior Living has opened a new community for older adults in Hunt Valley, featuring 178 rental apartments, restaurants, retail stores, and more.
Located at 11509 McCormick Road in the Hunt Valley Towne Center, Brightview’s Hunt Valley Community aims to provide a “multi-generational experience” for residents and families.
“The last eight months leading up to our opening have been nothing short of exciting,” Executive Director Elise Johnsen said in a statement. “We have put together an incredible team of associates with many combined years of Brightview service who are ready to welcome our newest residents home and make lasting memories with them along the way.”
Residents will have access to daily chef-prepared meals, dining rooms, café, juice bar, beauty salon, fitness room, art studio, library, movie theater, pub, outdoor gardens, courtyard with art displays, a fountain, and gathering spaces. The community also has a 24-hour emergency call system.
Brightview Hunt Valley offers three types of senior living residences: independent living; assisted living for residents who need assistance with medications and/or mobility support; and memory care for residents living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. Already, the community is more than 40% pre-leased.
Brightview Senior Living owns and operates 47 communities along the East Coast. The Hunt Valley location is their seventh Baltimore County location and 19th Maryland location.
