Hot temperatures, humidity, and rain storms put a damper on some of this weekend’s Artscape festivities — including causing the cancellation of headliner concerts by Chaka Khan on Friday and Sheila E. on Saturday, as well as other performances.
But Baltimore residents and visitors were still able to enjoy some of the arts festival, from music and dancing at Mobtown Ballroom, to roller skating at the Blinkatorium, to artists and vendors throughout the city’s streets.
